BROADWAY CLASSROOM

Don’t have time for a show, we have an amazing 90-minute workshop that is a must for any performing artist. We play a series of warm-up technique and performance games. We use Improv to teach character and story development. Beyond acting and comedy, Improv is great for teaching presentation skills, team communications and more. We use the same workshop to teach corporate team building, sales, service, management and professional development for teachers. It is our mission to deliver this program to teens and preteens to teach these valuable skills – often neglected in today’s core education systems –  long before your students enter the labor force. These skills help individuals become valuable team members and leaders.

IMPROV WORKSHOP
$500 up to 2 hours, 20ppl
– includes 1 teaching artist and space rental before 5pm
– a shorter version of this workshop included FREE in dinner/Lunch show options above.

INTRO TO IMPROV – This master class will teach a group of student the basics, often enough for performing artists to return home and start their own comedy teams.

MUSICAL COMEDY IMPROV – Learn a number of musical styles, develop stronger rhyming and rhythm skills

Below you will see students from our own public class program, as well as groups from Ohio National Guard program (2006), Touring Company at Wisconsin School (2008) and Walt Frasier at Queens High School with Mario Cantone and Eddie Brill when the visited our residency program 2010.
